Cancellation Policy

We only cancel for severe weather or unfortunate family emergencies. We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to reschedule your reservation date (subject to availability) one time without penalty up to 72 hours before your picnic event. Please note: Once the picnic is set up, we cannot reschedule. Generally, during bad weather days, our preference is to move the event inside your home. Our styled picnics will still look beautiful indoors. We will always try to accommodate last-minute location changes.
