Gold: $50 and Under

Platinum: $50 and Up

*If you are interested in wines above $50, you may defer to the Sommelier and he will consult with you. Please let us know upon booking.**

A multi-sensory experience, Barrel & Board will  bring two artisan delicacies into one flavorful experience and elevated to a whole new level by infusing both whisky and board with Higher Order's drink/charcuterie smoker and wood chip blend adding depth to every sip and bite that will tantalize the pallet.

 

You and your guests will learn to build a beautiful charcuterie board with Les which will then be smoked and paired with one of the finest whiskeys' in the Amelia Island Liquors Portfolio, selected by Sommelier, Andy Huggins.
